These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website reeledgemedia.com (the “Site”), operated by Reel Edge Media (“Reel Edge Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a marketing agency based in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. Reel Edge Media provides marketing services including website design, local SEO, video production, social media management, branding, and related services. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any services we provide to you are governed by a separate written proposal, quote, or service agreement (“Service Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems

4. Quotes, Proposals, and Engagements

Quotes, pricing, packages, and timelines presented on the Site or in communications are estimates and may change. No engagement is binding until both parties have agreed to a written proposal or Service Agreement and any required deposit or payment terms have been accepted. Fees, deliverables, revisions, and project scope are defined in that agreement.

5. Payment

Where you engage us for paid services, payment terms (including deposits, instalments, recurring fees, and due dates) are set out in your Service Agreement or invoice. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services as described in that agreement.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
